1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or hiring Technofusion Systems for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights (Work for Hire)

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a Master Services Agreement (MSA):

• Client Ownership: Upon full payment of all fees, Technofusion Systems assigns to the Client all right, title, and interest in the custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for the project.
• Background Technology: Technofusion Systems retains ownership of its pre-existing code libraries, knowledge base, and generic methodologies used to build the software, granting the Client a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use such background technology as part of the delivered solution.

3. Limitation of Liability

Important: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Technofusion Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

4. Project Timelines & Delays

While we strive to meet all deadlines, project timelines are estimates. Technofusion Systems is not liable for delays caused by third-party services (e.g., Apple App Store review times, hosting provider outages) or delays in client feedback.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Technofusion Systems and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
